The desktop interface that updates QuickBooks is very
simple. There are two different interfaces, depending on which version of
QuickBooks Pro you're using. If it's QuickBooks Pro or Premier 2002 or
later, the data is directly interfaced into QuickBooks.
If you're using a version of QuickBooks Pro prior to 2002, it's set up so you import the data into QuickBooks. Once the data is entered into QuickBooks, no matter which interface, the invoices will be ready to print or do whatever you want to do with them. eComPal Desktop does all the work.
